Asher Noor is the CFO for AlTouq Group – a sophisticated Saudi family office / international financial investor group and a regular speaker, presenter and panelist in regional and international financial forums and economic summits.
As a Chartered Accountant with 4 years audit and tax working experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers Pakistan, he brings with him an additional 10+ years of Middle East experience in the financial services sector in areas such as finance, corporate governance, commercial and investment banking.
In his last position as CFO for Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia he also set up their Brokerage Sales and Trading Platform and liaised with the Capital Market Authority in executing the first equity swap on Tadawul.
Prior to his stint with Morgan Stanley in London and Riyadh, Asher worked for more than 6 years at Banque Saudi Fransi (Credit Agricole, Riyadh) as senior finance manager developing accounting structures for retail, corporate and treasury products and implemented the market risk reporting framework. He successfully represented the bank on SAMA’s Basel II implementation working group as well.
Asher is a board member / director on companies in varied parts of the world, representing AlTouq Group’s investments and adding value to their strategic financial stake.
