Hammad Mughal is responsible for Unicorn Investment Bank’s Real Estate activities in Saudi Arabia. He has multiple years of real estate investment, financing and structuring experience in the GCC and North America. Prior to Unicorn, Hammad headed Investments at a large publicly traded real estate development company in Saudi Arabia, where he was responsible for assessing prospective investment and development opportunities as well as assisting in capital raising activities and executed over to SAR 3bn of transactions. Before moving to the region Hammad headed investments and acquisitions at a publicly traded real estate investment trust in North America. Hammad devised the strategic plan for the REIT and subsequently sourced and closed over 200 real estate assets in a short span of over 3 years. Hammad holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering.
