Olivier Granet began his career with Deloitte & Touche, initially as an auditor and later as a Manager in Corporate Finance Department, holding positions in France and abroad.
He joined Accor in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer for Central Europe, based in Budapest. In 2002, he came back to Paris and was appointed Vice President, Corporate Finance, in charge of integrating the German hotel chain Dorint. He was also developing synergies with Club Méditerranée and Groupe Lucien Barrière.
He served as Accor Executive Committee General Secretary in 2006 and has been Chief Financial Officer for Accor Services in 2007 & 2008.
In 2009, Olivier Granet was appointed Senior Vice President Strategy and he has been in charge in 2010 of launching the Company project “Accor 2015” after the Demerger of the Group. After 12 years working for Accor in various positions, Olivier Granet took in 2011, the responsibility for development in Middle East, a strategic region for Accor and is now based in Dubai.
He is graduated from the Institute of Political Science in Grenoble and has an Executive MBA degree from the ESSEC Paris business school.
