Mr Hamzah has significant experience in the field of city planning, development and structuring, including industrial, commercial, real estate and tourism. He is involved in setting initial plans to launch or restructure projects, monitoring implementation and managing investments and follow up operations. He has worked on and managed small-, medium- and mega-scale real estate projects. Mr Hamzah holds various technical, managerial and executive positions, and is the chair and board member of several real estate companies both locally and internationally. He has worked with Saudi Arabian Parsons Company, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Dallah Albarakah Group and Tamlik Company.
