Jacob is partner and the day-to-day manager of Henning Larsen Middle East. Stationed in Riyadh, he is responsible for the company’s projects in the Arabian Peninsula. From his more than five years of involvement in projects in the Middle Eastern region, Jacob has vast experience of developing locally adapted projects – from innovative sketch proposals and building designs to masterplans and complex urban structures.

As the manager of Henning Larsen Middle East, Jacob's main focus is on business development, urban planning and large-scale architectural projects. Through a series of projects, Jacob has demonstrated a unique ability to combine the diverse aspects of a city structure, always taking into account to life between the buildings. Jacob has a clear overview of the nature and functionality of a city, not only including reflections of volume, shape and scale, but also of the mixture of different typologies.

Jacob has vast experience of international projects and of collaborating with large international teams. On the King Abdullah Financial District project in Riyadh, he has been responsible for the overall conceptual design. At present, Jacob is a member of the client's evaluation committee reviewing all the specific projects in the masterplan in order to ensure consistency and homogeneity throughout the entire masterplan.
