انتهت من العمل في الفلل النموذجية ومركز مبيعات مشروع الفريدة في جدة، وحصلت على الموافقات لتنفيذ المشروع على مراحل تضم الأولى تنفيذ 374 وحدة. وبالنسبة لمشروع الجوان في الرياض، وقعت إيوان عقوداً مع شركات متخصصة لدراسة مشروعها الذي سيقام على مساحة 2,136 مليون م2 وسيضم 4500 وحدة سكنية.

شركة المسكن الميسر (شركة مساهمة سعودية مغلقة تأسست عام 2007 م) وهي من شركاتمجموعة محمد بن سعيدان العقارية والتي تمثل إحدى دعامات السوق العقاري منذ عام 1934م.
عملت المجموعة بالإتفاق مع جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعادن على إنشاءُ كرسي لإعدادِالبحوثِ والتخطيط والآليات التي تهدفُ إلى حل مشاكل الإسكان وتيسيره لذوي الدخل المحدود في المملكة.وإيجاد التوازن المثالي على أرض الواقع ما بين دخل الفرد المتوسط وبين آماله فيامتلاك المسكن المتميز.
وكان من أهم نتائج تللك الدراسات حاجة المجتمع لشركة تعمل على تطوير مشروعات سكنية لفئة الدخل المحدود والمتوسط ، ما شجع المجموعة على تأسيس شركة متخصصة في هذا المجال وهي شركة المسكن الميسر، والتي تأسست برأسمال قدره 25 مليون ريال رفع لاحقاً إلى 100 مليون ريال ليزداد عام 2011 م إلى 250 مليون ريال لمواكبة النمو في مشاريع الشركة .
وتهتم الشركة بتطوير وانشاء المشروعات السكنية ذات الجودة العالية والتكاليف المدروسة مع التيسير في التسهيلات الإئتمانية وتقديم المنتج بأسعار مقبولة وذلك تماشياً مع مبدأ الريادة الذي اتخذته الشركة هدفاً لها وتسعى لتحقيقه .
